Victoria Square Woking Limited (VSWL) has completed the first phase of Victoria Place, the £570 million transformation of part of Woking town center, with the opening of a flagship Boots store.

The 27,500 square foot Boots store, features a wider range of products and beauty counters, including NO7, Clinique, The Ordinary, Bumble and Bumble, Benefit and Liz Earle.
In addition, the store will contain a pharmacy with two consultation rooms that provide vaccination services such as travel vaccines, meningitis, HPV, malaria and flu.
The store also includes an opticians, offers a click and collect service as well as in-store photo printing.
Boots relocated from Wolsey Place to Peacocks to help facilitate the construction of Victoria Place. Other additions to the Victoria Place line-up will be Big Apple Bowl and Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts.
Victoria Place will open in September 2021, comprising of 125,000 square foot of new retail floor space as well as a Hilton Hotel, residential apartments and restaurants.
