Nest Plots International Expansion, Adds Financial/Operating and GM Execs

Nest has appointed Rhona Jacquand as chief financial and operating officer, and Ali Wenté as general manager, North America.

At the same time, current vice president of sales Nicole Martini is assuming the newly created role of vice president, international business development, amid the establishment of a new and department to oversee global sales. The move comes as Nest increasingly focuses on international growth.

Jacquand previously served as a VP of finance for Shiseido Americas' Clé de Peau Beauté USA and the Shiseido fragrance portfolio; she also served at L'Oréal Groupe for 12 years in finance leadership roles globally.

Wenté previously served as the senior vice president of Coty luxury in the United States, where she oversaw the sales division of brands such as Gucci Beauty, Burberry, Marc Jacobs and Kylie Cosmetics, among others.
