Shiseido Americas has named Emmie Salaj, general manager, Tory Burch Beauty, its chief operating officer at Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare. Salaj will undertake this new position in addition to her current role.
Salaj will lead Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare’s global business operations, building on the brand’s existing growth and innovation strategy.
In her role as general manager, she leads Tory Burch Beauty's marketing, product development and creative activity.
Salaj’s previous roles at Shiseido Americas include Global EVP, BareMinerals and BUXOM, leading global business development. She also served as SVP, US Sales, marketing and education for several of Shiseido’s global brands.
Before joining Shiseido Americas in 2015, Salaj held leadership positions of increasing responsibility in marketing and sales at LVMH and at L’Oréal USA.
Shiseido Americas completed its acquisition of Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare in February 2024.
