According to a report in the Wall Street Journal, Drunk Elephant could be the latest beauty company to sell for an extremely pretty penny.

The purveyor of ultra-luxe skin care is reportedly eyeing a sale that could value its operations at around $1 billion. If the sale goes through, it could be one of the largest beauty deals is recent years; in 2016, L’Oréal snapped up IT Cosmetics for a cool $1.2 billion, while L’Occitane paid $900 million for Elemis in January 2019.
