Nestlé has released its 2019 Annual Report.

According to the report's "Letter to Our Shareholders," Nestlé's board is "continuously monitoring the returns and strategic options of the financial investment in L’Oréal."

This evaluation could signal a sale of its 23% stake in the cosmetics giant since the Swiss company appears to be getting out of beauty altogether.
