Coty Prices Secondary Stock Offering

Coty has priced its secondary offering of 50 million shares of outstanding Class A common stock by KKR Rainbow Aggregator L.P. at $8.53 a share. The closing date is September 10, 2021.

KKR will retain 568,367 shares of Coty’s Series B Convertible Preferred Stock representing 10.9% of Coty’s outstanding Class A common stock on an as-converted basis.

As reported in December 2020, Coty retains 40% of a stake in KKR.
