Germany-based ikoo hair care brand has entered the U.S. market in partnership with Sally Beauty Holdings Salon Professional Segment, Beauty Systems Group six years after its founding in Munich.

The partnership began in August 2019 after a five-year contract was established. BSG is reportedly the No. 1 U.S. distribution partner for beauty hair care companies within the professional market, and serves more than 80,000 salons in addition to its own 1,360 stores.
According to ikoo, it has an average increase in sales of more than 100% year on year.
ikoo reportedly uses natural ingredients as a base, and safe and clean synthetics that are high-performing. All ikoo products are cruelty-free and Peta approved.
