UPDATE: For a limited time, Beauty Accelerate's educational sessions are available for on-demand viewing for current and new registrants. Log in or sign up now for access through December 20, 2021.

In January of this year, Nata Dvir was appointed chief merchandising officer of Macy's, taking the reigns of this retail mainstay amid a time of rapid upheaval. Macy's performed strongly through the challenges of the pandemic, including serving as a top e-commerce retailer for categories such as makeup.

Closing out day one of Beauty Accelerate Virtual (October 18-21, 2021), Dvir will sit down for a fireside chat with Jeb Gleason-Allured, content director, Global Cosmetic Industry, to discuss the future of beauty retail.

Registration is now open.

Dvir has held various leadership roles within the merchant organization, including general business manager for beauty and center core, where she transformed the cosmetics and fragrance business, took a fresh approach to digital engagement and expanded into new brands and categories. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University.
