Kesha collaborated with a cruelty-free makeup brand HipDot Cosmetics for her first vegan beauty collection.The beauty line features a lipstick and gloss duo, eyeliner and an eye palette.
Along with Rihanna, Lady Gaga and Millie Bobbie Brown, Kesha is now officially part of the growing list of celebrities launching their own makeup lines; in this case, Kesha Rose Beauty.
The collection claims to be vegan and cruelty-free, which aligns with the growing popularity of such cosmetic products. It also is promoted as talc- and phthalates-free.
The a dual-sided liquid eyeliner can be used on both the eyes and lips. The collection also features a lipstick that contains rosehip oil for its floral scent and reportedly to smooth application to the lips as well as improve their condition.
The gloss duo product couples lip gloss with lipstick and contains lip-plumping ingredients, i.e., menthol, and a color-changing formula that adjusts the shade of your lips to a natural pink based on the consumer’s pH levels. Finally, the collection contains a brightly colored, 12-pan eyeshadow palette with shimmer, matte and glitter hues.
