Hally Hair, an ammonia-free foam hair dye brand, will launch at 324 Ulta Beauty stores in May and has joined the latest class of Sparked at Ulta Beauty brands. The current class also includes Treslúce Beauty by Becky G, Sk*p and Vacation sun care.
Hally Hair will debut with nine hero products, including the demi-permanent foaming hair dye Color Cloud in six shades, thereby building on its 2021 online debut. Its Color Cloud foaming hair color will reportedly be the first clean hair dye certified within Conscious Beauty at Ulta Beauty program.
