These three high-profile leadership appointments signal a new phase of operational rigor, AI integration and omnichannel scale.

Wi joins the company with a background in strategic consulting and investment from McKinsey & Company and Softbank Ventures Asia. His agenda focuses on transitioning Medipeel from a traditional export model to a localized, partnership-driven approach while integrating AI and data-driven methodologies into supply chain management and customer engagement. Wi aims to establish Medipeel as a world-class beauty platform by combining brand heritage with an institutionalized operating system.

The Wella Company has named Calvin McDonald as its next CEO, effective April 2, 2026. McDonald, who will also join the company's Board of Directors, brings significant experience from his previous roles as CEO of Lululemon and President and CEO of Sephora Americas. At Sephora, he was credited with transforming haircare into the retailer's fastest-growing category. In his new role at Wella, McDonald is tasked with building upon the foundation established under KKR’s ownership to drive results through product differentiation and category expansion across iconic brands such as Wella Professionals, OPI, and Clairol. Glenn Murphy will continue to serve as Executive Chair to provide strategic continuity during this leadership transition.

Meanwhile, per a LinkedIn post, Jerome Leloup, formerly of Rabanne, is set to join Charlotte Tilbury as CMO. The exec noted: On March 2nd, I will join Charlotte Tilbury in London as Chief Marketing Officer. I have long admired Charlotte’s vision and entrepreneurial spirit, and I look forward to working closely with her to further establish the brand as a leading force in global beauty. I’m truly excited to meet the teams — I know there are exceptional talents across the organization.

Grande Cosmetics has appointed Sabeen Mian as Brand President, while founder Alicia Grande transitions to the role of Chief Visionary Officer. Mian previously served as President of the Lash Division at Performance Beauty Group, the parent company of Grande Cosmetics. In her expanded leadership capacity, Mian will oversee a unified portfolio that includes Grande Cosmetics alongside Lilly Lashes, Velour Beauty, and Flutterhabit. With a background that includes executive roles at Beauty Pie and Ipsy, Mian’s agenda centers on omnichannel expansion across direct-to-consumer, wholesale, and Amazon platforms. This leadership shift is intended to create a unified growth trajectory for Performance Beauty Group’s dominant lash and brow categories while Alicia Grande continues to spearhead brand innovation.
