Rodan + Fields has appointed Elisabeth Charles to the position of chief marketing officer.
Charles will be responsible for driving strategy and vision for brand marketing, creative and consumer loyalty. She will also oversee consumer engagement, marketing for product launches and global campaigns, and drive forward the brand's digital marketing strategy.
Charles joins Rodan + Fields from Old Navy Outlet where she was senior vice president, general manager. She previously served as CMO for Old Navy and Athleta.
