Procter & Gamble announced the sale of Hipoglós to Johnson & Johnson. Pending regulatory approval necessary for the closing, the deal is expected to be finalized within 4 to 6 months.

Hipoglós is P&G's diaper rash cream brand, and has had a prominent presence in Brazil for over 70 years.
