Unilever has acquired Onnit, a holistic wellness and lifestyle company.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Onnit will continue to be based in Austin, Texas, and led by CEO Jason Havey. Founder Aubrey Marcus will remain a brand ambassador.
