CM Packaging’s production plant in The Netherlands will be re-branded, its website integrated into the Hoffmann Neopac domain, and its brochures and business cards will be adapted accordingly.

While the entities CM Packaging and CM Plastic will remain legally unchanged for now, unifying CM Packaging and CM Plastic’s efforts under one brand will reduce complexity for similar products and promote synergy throughout Hoffmann Neopac’s sales organization.

Hoffmann Neopac acquired CM Packaging in January 2020 and invested in a three-piece can-making line as well as took over the tobacco tin lines from Trivium packaging.
