The Estée Lauder Companies has announced that Peter Jueptner, Group President, International, will step down from his role on April 1, 2025, and depart the company entirely on June 30, 2025.

Jueptner joined the company in 2009 as Senior Vice President, Strategy, New Business Development and Transformation Initiatives, where he played a key role in driving strategic growth, including leading several brand acquisitions such as Le Labo, KILIAN PARIS, Dr.Jart+, and Editions de Parfums Frédéric Malle.

Promoted to President, EMEA in 2016, Jueptner led the region through significant growth, leveraging the company's portfolio to reach diverse consumer groups and maintaining resilience during the pandemic.

Since 2022, in his position as Group President, International, Jueptner has spearheaded the transformation of the global commercial organization, focusing on agility and precision to address varying consumer needs across geographies and channels.

Known for his commitment to talent development, diversity, equity, and inclusion, Jueptner has built strong teams and fostered effective collaboration throughout his tenure, significantly contributing to the success of Estée Lauder’s international business operations.
