Impala Acquires Alès Groupe for 13.5 Million Euros

Investment group Impala has acquired the cosmetics activities of Alès Groupe for 13.5 million euros including its brands Phyto and Liérac, according to Les Echos investir.

Impala will reportedly retain 97 of the 102 employees of Alès Groupe, Phyto and Liérac for two years. 

The purchase includes the hairdressing division of Franklin Roosevelt Coiffure et Beauté, Laboratoires Ducastel, Alès Groupe Distribution, Boy-Diffusion and Distri-Coiff.

Impala founder Jacques Veyrat also owns Roger & Gallet.
