These Are the Top Beauty Retail Concepts of 2015

Euromonitor has announced the top retail concepts for 2015, including two entries from the beauty realm. The group surveyed 12 global offices and selected the best of the best from a shortlist of 40 candidates in grocery, non-grocery and non-store, and digital.

Olfattorio, Srl's fragrance bar was highlighted for translating the fine wine sampling experience to premium fragrance. Euromonitor notes: "Consumers can smell and taste fragrances from paper cups, sitting at the bar and enjoying a different shopping experience."

L’Oreal HK Ltd.'s Makeup Genius app was included for its use of facial mapping tech for its virtual mirror. Euromonitor notes: "Consumers can scan bar codes at point-of-sale areas to try on different products."
