Puig will help Granado grow internationally.
Puig has established a joint venture with Luxasia in order to expand its brand in Southeast Asia. Luxasia, which recently updated its succession plan, previously entered a similar agreement with Elizabeth Arden.
The news follows Puig's acquisitions of Granado and EB Florals.
