Look Good, Do Good: L’Oréal Paris Launches New Loyalty Program


L’Oréal is hoping to score some major customer loyalty points with its new “Worth It Rewards” program.

Consumers will be rewarded for purchases made across the brand’s four categories – cosmetics, hair color, hair care and skin care – while also giving them the chance to donate rewards points to charities of L’Oréal’s Women of Worth honorees.

  • Receive benefits including a welcome package, a birthday present and access to promos and coupons
  • Link preexisting, retailer loyalty cards that allow for automatic point collection on L’Oréal products at check-out or upload receipts directly to the site to receive points
  • Consumers can earn five points for every dollar spent on L’Oréal Paris products
  • Points can be redeemed from retailer gift cards, magazine subscriptions and consultations with beauty experts
