The Hut Group (THG) has acquired British skin care creator and manufacturer Acheson & Acheson, reports Reuters.
Founded in 1992, Acheson & Acheson also makes hair care products. It owns the skin care brand Ameliorate, which is carried by Selfridges, Boots, Harvey Nichols and Marks & Spencer.
Though the company did not disclose the value of the deal, Sky News reported it would be worth between £50-100 million ($64.54 million-$129.07 million).
THG has made numerous acquisitions over the last few years, including Glossybox, ESPA and Eyeko.
