Coty, which is preparing to absorb a range of beauty brands from P&G, has joined the S&P 500, replacing Diamond Offshore Drilling Inc.

Coty will be added to the S&P 500 GICS (Global Industry Classification Standard) Personal Products Sub-Industry index.

The AI model will allow L'Oreal to 'reach extra performance and consumer satisfaction in every cosmetic category and every region of the world,' according to the companies.
