Fourth Phase has launched its first lactation box, the Mylk Box.

Fourth Phase is a Black-owned social impact maternal wellness brand that creates gift boxes to address the challenges of the fourth trimester.
Each Mylk Box includes:
- MylkBlend, a lactation and relaxation tea made with fenugreek leaves, rooibos leaves and ginger slices.
- FlaxPack, a lavender and flaxseed hot and cold compress.
- A Rose Quartz GuaSha stone to massage the breast and release any milk engorgement.
- CocoNip, a coconut oil-based salve to heal dry, cracked nipples.
Fourth Phase will donate a portion of each sale to purchase a fourth-trimester wellness box for mothers in sub-Saharan Africa.
