SC Johnson has announced its plans to purchase Sun Bum.

Sun Bum currently offers sun protection, hair care and lip care products.

The sale will also include the Baby Bum brand of sun protection and baby care products, according to a BizTimes article.

Fisk Johnson, chairman and CEO of SC Johnson, was quoted in the article as saying, "[Sun Bum] expands our robust selection of fast-growing, on-trend products like Babyganics, Method, Mrs. Meyer’s Clean Day and Caldrea that appeal to consumers and their families."

The fiscal details of the deal have not been disclosed.
