Pinterest provides its users with a wealth of lifestyle inspiration. Brands, too, can take advantage of the social network by monitoring the trends active users are eagerly pinning and engaging with. Case in point: The most-pinned colors on Pinterest.
A recent www.dezeen.com article showcased designer Yinka Ilori's playground installation, which featured Pinterest's most-pinned colors. The playground was created for the annual Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, in the south of France.
Ilori was quoted in the article as saying, "Pinterest provided me with some interesting data that allowed me to see what were the most-pinned colors used around the world, so I used these colors on my floor design."
Popular pops of color on Pinterest include shades of:

- Lavender;
- Peach;
- Fuschia;
- Red;
- Green; and
- Blue.
