Yolondo Salmon-Thomas has launched her own brand, Playing In Makeup By Yolondo (PIMBY).

PIMBY offers eyes, lips and face makeup as well as makeup brushes and skin care products such as scrubs, cream and a rosewater. All products are cruelty-free.
As of June, 2021, PIMBY's year to date gross sales exceed $1.6 million, an increase of 40% in comparison to 2020-year end volume.
PIMBY has also opened a fulfillment center in Georgia in April 2021.
