Berlin Packaging, a hybrid packaging supplier, has announced the acquisition of Consolidated Bottle Corporation, a packaging supplier in Canada.

The transaction will expand Berlin Packaging’s footprint in Canada, enabling the combined businesses to offer more packaging solutions and value-added services to its customers.
The value-added services include Berlin Packaging’s design studio for custom packaging solutions as well as Consolidated Bottle’s injection molding, decorating and shrink sleeving capabilities. The combined operations feature a 150-person sales force.
