Whitehall Partners LLC has acquired Naturally Uncommon, an eco-friendly manufacturer of men’s and women’s personal care products, for an undisclosed sum. The company’s products are developed in-house and produced from its manufacturing facility in New Hampshire.
The former owners of Naturally Uncommon, Kristen and Sam Higginbottom, said, “It has been our dream to see Naturally Uncommon become a household name and we are thrilled that we have the opportunity to have leaders in the personal care industry taking the helm on that mission. Building Naturally Uncommon from the ground up and starting with one product has been an amazing journey for us. We are excited about the future of Naturally Uncommon and we look forward to watching the company grow into its potential through the experienced leadership of Whitehall Partners.”
